How do I sign up?

What do you mean by workspaces?

A workspace is a secure space where an organization can invite internal and external team members to collaborate on data projects.

Workspaces can be configured with custom settings and governance policies that meet the collaboration’s unique needs, ensuring a shared understanding of the terms of collaboration and data use. Although multiple organizations can collaborate in a workspace, the workspace is hosted by only one organization.

Within the workspace, members can:

  • Share and discover data assets in the data asset catalog
  • Manage access and use for the an organization’s owned data assets
  • Create projects focused around specific use cases and business needs
  • Provide “viewer” access to key stakeholders
What do you mean by organizations?

An organization is the entity that a user represents within a workspace.

What user roles are supported?

Currently, there are three user roles: viewers, collaborators, and workspace admins

  • Viewers are invited to the workspace by an admin. They have view-only access to members, projects, governance, and data assets.
  • Collaborators are invited to the workspace by an admin. They have view only access to members and governance, but they can create and edit projects, add data assets, and manage the specific data assets owned by their organizations.
  • Workspace admins have all the permissions of a collaborator, but they also can manage workspace governance policies and people (Viewers and Collaborators) in the workspace.
How long are your contracts?

You can choose either a month-to-month or an annual plan. You can start or stop your plan or make changes to it at any time. (Note: refunds are not given for cancellations or downgrades). Contact us for details at [email protected].

What forms of payment do you accept?

We offer both monthly and annual billing. We accept credit-card payments for all plans. Payment by invoices is available for annual Starter plans, Pro plans, and Premier plans.

Can I change or cancel my plan later on?

Yes! Yes, you easily change or upgrade your plan at any time or add additional workspaces, organizations, admins, or collaborators to an existing plan. All changes are pro-rated.

Our annual plans can be terminated at the end of each contract year and our monthly plans can be terminated at any time. The cancellation of monthly plans is effective at the end of the current billing month.

What happens when I change plans?

Upgrading or downgrading your plan works similarly to adding and removing workspaces, organizations, admins, and users. Your account will be charged or credited based on the percentage of the billing cycle left at the time the plan was changed.

Can I pay for just my team or organization?

Yes! If you wish to upgrade and pay for your only your team or organization, you can do that by contacting us at [email protected].

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes! When you choose to pre-pay for a year of service, you’ll receive a discount versus what you’d pay for 12 monthly payments.

What does the renewal process look like?

Paid subscriptions automatically renew for the same subscription period unless you downgrade your plan before your renewal date.

What happens if my payment fails? Like if my credit card expires?

Your account email will be notified after each failed payment. Payments may be retried up to four times within the month following the notification email.

If the payment still does not succeed after these, you will be downgraded to the free plan.
